I want to invite you to a sacred creative space, a trance that has been used for thousands of years. While tracking back the creative process to her root origins, it has gotten the personal meaning of being in flow with myself and universal energies. In this state of open channelling, there is room to explore and be in touch with myself in a pure and unfiltered way. A place where physical things emerge from an idea, a feeling, energy or an intention.

From the moment I was born, this state was written in my DNA. I would describe my early child-self as very intuitive, explorative, innocent and curious in nature. Some early life experiences temporarily supressed that view of myself, which I carried with me into adulthood. I started using all kinds of different creative mediums to process abstract emotions and find a way back to my Self in this chaotic world. It provided me with an alternative world away from what I thought was reality and made me feel safe.

 

This alternative world is very dear to me, since it can be a powerful catalysator for Self-discovery, expansion, acceptance and a bridge to integration. In my projects I offer the same safe space for everyone to reach this stage of presence and to express what is living deep inside. In doing so, it can become a very liberating and healing experience. I have always felt the calling to help and uplift others along my path, and have reconnected with my purpose by birthing these projects with volunteers of all ages, genders, body types and skin colours. In this way, creation becomes something sacred: not only the project is created, but in part also the life course of everyone involved in it.

I would like to encourage you to walk together for a while on our paths, and to be inspired to find your own connection with Self through exploring my art. I warmly welcome you aboard on a quest for collective expression, healing and transformation.
